May.4, 2024 – RedPADEL is thrilled to be kicking off May partnering with Padel X to host the first circuit padel event in 2024.
The event will be played at the Miami downtown location, on May 10-12 featuring amateur players of all rankings.
CEO of Padel X Juan Pablo Leria recently told Miami Herald that their goal is to open 30 Padel X clubs throughout the United States during the next five years. Leria has spent 25 years developing unique lifestyle projects within real estate and wellness. He also serves on the board of AIM Futbol.
“Padel X is a new brand. It’s a dynamic name. Up to now, padel has been a rather informal industry. We intend to professionalize the sport, and that’s why we chose our name. We want to elevate padel to the Power of X,” he told media. “We believe the Padel Revolution in the U.S. is here to stay. We think there will an explosive growth in the next couple of years.”
When Padel X opened they launched their club promo “Padel to the Power of X”, tapping into everyone’s inner GOAT.
Charles Messow, CEO of RedPADEL says padel is a great community builder and hosting tournaments helps connect racquet enthusiasts of all abilities.
“Padel is more than just a sport. For most people that play it’s a way of life and a source of fun and fitness,” he said. “We’re excited to be partnering with clubs like Padel X to help them grow their community of padel players and create the best playing experience possible.”
RedPADEL’s 2024 Circuit season is in partnership with Wilson and there will be 10 regular season tournaments that lead up to a $40,000 Master's Event for only Division 1 and 2 Categories.
· All levels welcome
· Divisions: Open (multiple divisions based on number of entries and RPR ratings) and Women’s (multiple divisions based on number of entries and RPR ratings).
· $140,000 + minimum prize money for entire circuit + Master's event
· Wilson Prizes for Winners and Runner-up of all Division 2, 3 and 4 draws
